Fried calamari with aromatic tomatoes

Preparation method:
Clean the squid, toss them in flour and fry in boiling oil. After they have cooked for a few minutes, drain them well.
In the meantime, chop the ripe tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. Put them in a frying pan with the extra-virgin olive oil, garlic and ½ glass of water.
When half cooked, add the basil, thyme and a pinch of chilli pepper. Finish cooking.
Place the previously fried squid in a dish and pour the tomato sauce over it. Garnish with fresh
