  • 50g beef
  • 50g pork
  • 100g chicken livers
  • sage, salt and pepper
  • extra-virgin olive oil PDO
  • stock

Preparation method:

Brown the meat in a little oil. Mince along with the sage and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 60 minutes, adding stock as necessary.
