Ingredients:

Quantities for 2 people:

  • 2 mutton chops of about 150g each per person
  • garlic and rosemary

Preparation method:

Take the mutton chops, preferably rib or loin, and season with finely chopped garlic and rosemary. Leave to marinate for about an hour. Grill over a low heat. Serve piping hot with grilled tomatoes.
