Ingredients and quantities

Quantities for 10/12 people:

  • ½kg flour
  • 250g sugar
  • 250g butter
  • 8 boiled egg yolks
  • pinch of salt
  • grated peel of 1 lemon
  • 250g chopped almonds
  • 1 small glass Marsala

Torta spisigona (crumble cake)

Preparation method:

Mix all the ingredients together and if necessary, add a small glass of Marsala to amalgamate. Pour into a baking tin, greased with small “tufts” of butter and bake for 35/40 minutes at 170°C.
