  • 500g flour
  • 500g almonds
  • 500g sugar
  • 75g butter
  • 6 egg yolks

Crumble cake

Preparation method:

Place the flour, almonds and sugar in a bowl and add the eggs and butter, softened to room temperature. Crumble the ingredients together. Place the crumble mixture thus obtained into a baking tray and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 170°C.
