Fricandò inn and coffee bar serves customers something special from early morning with traditional local cakes and pastries, which are prepared ever day by the kitchen staff and accompany an excellent choice of teas and coffees. Meanwhile, at lunch and dinner customers can enjoy the delicious first courses characteristic of the cuisine of Romagna, main courses prepared primarily using farmyard animal meat, seasonal vegetables and freshly-caught fish, as well as fried or stewed salted cod fish and the Queen of the Valleys, eel, either marinated, fried or stewed. Other dishes include a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by traditional piadina and fried dough parcels; Mora Romagnola cold cuts, culatello of Zibello and cheeses matured in grottoes or ditches wrapped in vine leaves, in hay or in marc. All the products used are local and carefully selected. Thanks to these products, Fricandò serves the traditional cuisine of times gone by. And those in a hurry can enjoy a quick lunch of filled piadina or sandwich rolls, large salads and cold dishes. <<<
