Chard fritters with vegetable crudités

Preparation method:
Blanche the vegetables in water, cool and then chop coarsely. Put them in a bowl and add the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg and a tablespoon of cream. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into burgers and fry in a saucepan with a little olive oil. Season with salt and accompany the fritters with some refreshing vegetable crudités.
