Beef broth bread soup with Bianca Modenese Parmigiano and Valsamoggia truffle

Preparation method:
Toast the 2 slices of Tuscan-style stale bread on both sides then place in the bottom of an ovenproof dish or in a pan. Cover the slices of bread with plenty of butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Pour ½ cm of beef broth into the ovenproof dish or pan and bake in the oven at 180°C for a few minutes until a golden crust forms on top. Remove from the oven and cover the bread with fresh Valsamoggia truffle or “Truffle from Savigno”. Serve immediately.
