Quantities for one cake:

  • 250g flour
  • 250g sugar
  • 130ml milk
  • 130ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 100g chopped walnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet baking powder

Cake made with extra-virgin olive oil and walnuts

Preparation method:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a non-stick baking tin and cook in a hot oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
