Ingredients and quantities

Quantities for 4 people:

  • 300g chicken livers
  • 5/6 anchovy fillets
  • 1tbsp capers, pitted
  • 24 slices bread, such as unsalted Tuscan bread
  • olive oil

Preparation method:

Brown the whole chicken livers in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Chop and add the capers and anchovies, also previously chopped. Pour in a little water and allow to boil for about 10 minutes.

Warm the slices of bread and spread them with the liver mixture before placing in the oven for a few minutes.
