Chocolate pudding

Preparation method:
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Whisk together the sugar and butter then add the egg yolks one at a time. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff. Add the melted chocolate and flour to the butter, sugar and egg mixture and then add the stiff egg whites. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
