Duchess tiramisu

Preparation method:
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix well. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then delicately fold into the egg yolk mixture. In a separate bowl, mix the coffee and liqueurs together. Put a layer of cream in a small dish and top with a layer of biscuits, lightly soaked in the coffee and liqueur mixture. Cover in another layer of cream and another layer of biscuits, finishing with a layer of cream. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle the top of the tiramisu with small shavings of plain chocolate.
