  • 30 whole frogs
  • 3 eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt

Preparation method:

Whisk the eggs, adding a pinch of salt and some grated Parmesan cheese. Dip the frogs in the egg mixture and coat them well, ensuring the egg mixture sticks. Toss the frogs in the breadcrumbs, one at a time. Fry in the oil over a low heat until crispy and golden. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a slice of lemon.
