Ingredients and quantities

Quantities for 4 people:

  • 400g chicken breast
  • 100ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove Voghiera PDO garlic
  • sage, rosemary, thyme, marjoram
  • saba aged in oak barrels

Herb-flavoured supreme of chicken with aged saba

Preparation method:

Sauté the garlic, sage and rosemary in a pan with the olive oil. Add the chicken breasts and aged saba and cook for at least 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Finely chop the thyme and marjoram. Cut the chicken into cutlets and place them in a saucepan. Add the chopped herbs, cover with the cooking juices and leave for a few hours. Serve at room temperature on a bed of rocket.
