  • 4 lamb chops
  • ½ onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio PDO
  • stock

Lamb chops with onion and traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio

Preparation method:

Chop the onion very finely and brown with a clove of garlic and a sprig of rosemary. Add the 4 lamb chops and season with salt and pepper. Cook over a lively heat. Add the balsamic vinegar and a little stock. Reduce the cooking juices and serve piping hot.
