Preparation method:
Season the breadcrumbs with oil, salt and pepper. Clean the fish and toss it in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the seasoned fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook in the oven at 180°C for about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a dish to serve.
