Preparation method:
Clean and wash the wild greens carefully then drop into boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain, cool and then squeeze lightly. Chop coarsely then place in a frying pan with the whole cloves of garlic, salt and pepper. In the meantime, cook the sausage on the grill to cook. Serve the sauce on a bed of vegetables.
