Quantities for 4 people:

  • 12 slices top quality pork liver
  • natural pork “netting”
  • 6 bay leaves
  • salt and traditional balsamic vinegar

Preparation method:

Skin the pork liver. Place half a bay leaf on top of each piece of liver, wrap in the netting and grill for a few minutes. Complete the dish by seasoning with salt and a little traditional balsamic vinegar.
