The products
Certified quality products
The products used to prepare the “Tipico a Tavola” dishes are mainly fresh produce, locally-sourced and of guaranteed origin. More specifically, the dishes must use products that fall under one of the categories listed below:
- local products from farms situated within the municipal or provincial territory
- traditional agrifood products, as indicated in the annual list published by the Region of Emilia-Romagna “List of Traditional Agricultural and Food Products of Emilia-Romagna”
- certified quality products: PDO, PGI
- certified quality wines: IGT, DOC, DOCG, TSG.
