Rice cake

Preparation method:
Bring the milk and sugar to a boil in a pan. In a separate pan, cook the rice until al dente. When the milk is warm, add the rice, crushed almond biscuits, which have previously been soaked in the almond liqueur, chopped almonds, candied fruit and a few pieces of chocolate, if required. Mix together and just before placing in the oven, add a little milk so the cake stays soft as it cooks. Bake for approx. 40 minutes.
