Ingredients and quantities

Quantities for 8 people:

  • 400g Ricotta cheese (cow’s milk)
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g almonds
  • 100g plain chocolate
  • 130g sugar
  • 1 glass dessert rum

Ricotta and almond dessert

Preparation method:

Combine the Ricotta cheese, eggs and sugar in a bowl, then add the almonds and finely chopped chocolate. Use a little sugar to caramelize the bottom of a dish and top with the mixture into it. Put the dish in the oven in a bain-marie and cook at 200°C for 1 hour. When cooked, immediately pour the rum on top. Chill in the fridge before serving.
