Ingredients and quantities

Quantities for 4 people:

  • 800g lean veal
  • 500g Porcini mushrooms
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • sprig of rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Roast veal with Porcini mushrooms

Preparation method:

Tie the veal and place on a baking tray. Chop the garlic and rosemary and use to season the veal. Add salt, pepper and a drop of olive oil and cook in a hot oven for about 1 hour at about 200°C. In a frying pan, sauté 2 cloves of garlic in a little extra-virgin olive oil. Add the sliced Porcini mushrooms and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add some chopped parsley to taste. When the roast meat is ready, remove from the oven and cut into slices. Place the slices of meat on a serving tray topped with the Porcini mushrooms and serve hot.
