Torta Tenerina

Preparation method:
Beat the egg yolks with the softened butter and sugar. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and when lukewarm, add to the egg mixture. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites into soft peaks and gently fold into the mixture. Butter and flour a cake tin pour in the mixture and place into a moderate oven (pre-heated to 180°C) for 20 minutes. Serve with vanilla cream.
